Ed is an exited founder who built and sold a business in the education sector — scaling it from two co-founders to a sizeable team. He knows what it feels like to be trapped inside day-to-day operations, unable to focus on the bigger picture, and he built Tribe to help other founders get out of that trap.
His focus areas are Sales CRM architecture, tech stack, and the operational systems that let a business run without the founder being the bottleneck.
Based in Oxfordshire, Ed works with businesses across the Thames Valley — Oxford, Banbury, Witney, and the wider region — as well as with founders across the UK.
